Hi Ryan, I am very interested in helping to uncover what we can as civilians (outside of the military cloak). As I read about this substack, I understand that your goal is to put together a community of people to help explain/explore this phenomena. I would like to assist, but are you planning to put together more detailed goals on what the organization should strive to achieve? In my opinion, we need to position ourselves with the proper technology and minds so that we can gather and interpret the necessary data to understand what these things are. I think, as things are currently, that we can all agree that these things are real and are doing things that we can't explain. So, though it's helpful to consolidate all data and experiences together, we should also be looking at what's necessary for the next steps. Please let me know your thoughts. I would be happy to help layout a plan to help take us to the next level of understanding. Thanks!
